The Villages of Boca Pointe
One community. Many ways to live.
Boca Pointe is not a single subdivision. It is a large gated master plan whose villages have their own architecture, association documents, budgets, maintenance responsibilities and rules. This guide focuses on 27 traditional residential villages, organized as condominiums, villas and coach homes, townhomes and single-family homes.

Village Directory
Compare 27 residential villages.
Approximate resale ranges updated October 2026 using recent asking prices, pending activity where publicly available and recorded sales. These broad planning ranges are not appraisals; inventory, condition, views, fees and renovations can move an individual property outside the indicated band.
Most individual villages use resident-only association or management portals rather than public websites. A public association link is shown only where a legitimate destination could be verified. Stratford Court and Edgewater Pointe Estates are senior-living campuses and are not included in this residential resale directory.
